Ukulele Aloha Jam Concerts
Background
On behalf of Hawai‘i Tourism Hong Kong, we supported Ukulele Ohana Jam Concert hosted by IMY Creations in July 2018. This event aimed at spreading the aloha spirit in Hong Kong via Hawaiian music and hula dance.
Solution
Performances by famous Hawaiian musicians and dancers were lined up, and we scheduled a performance by Taimane Gardner, one of the world’s top 10 ukulele players from Hawai‘i. It was a week of roadshows, concerts, and ukulele and dance workshops. The Hong Kong public experienced a taste of Hawai‘i music and culture!
